What Tau Theta Pi means to me: People ask why I’m in a sorority and I try to explain all the things a sorority is that they cannot see. We are a Sisterhood. We are more than letters on a sweatshirt, traditional songs, pins, and rituals. Sisterhood means learning about people, giving without expecting something in return, earning respect from others as well as for yourself. Being a Tau doesn’t solve all my problems, but I have forged everlasting friendships through which I have found the confidence to help me take life one step at a time.
One Favorite Tau Memory: Let’s keep it classic and bring it back to the beginning: the very first time Founding Class came together and shouted, “Sexyback, sexyback, sexyback!”
