FOUNDING CLASS
The women of the Founding Class of Tau Theta Pi, Gamma Chapter first came together on April 23, 2006. It was on this date that we drafted and signed our Letter of Intent to the National Board of Tau Theta Pi. After a roller coaster of events and the comings and goings of interested ladies, it wasn't until that summer that we--Luann, Cheryl, Angela, Steph, Melissa, Char, Melannie, Baby Jo, Big Jo, Bev, and Iris--embarked on our, now infamous, associate period.
After 17 weeks consisting of several spontaneous road trips, Justin Timberlake's "Sexyback" on repeat, 7-Eleven visits, Carne Asada Fries, and one busted civic, the 11 of us became the Founding Mothers of the Gamma Colony. You can be certain that no matter what happens in the future, or how much time passes, our connection to each other is one that continues to grow and strengthen without fail. We are 11 parts of a whole and our bond is one that has not, cannot, and will not be replicated.
